Hey team, sorry this is so incredibly late. I actually completed this
around noon, but neglected to send it out to the whole group. Sorry!
--------
Hey NAME OF WORKING GROUP,
Tomorrow night, a group of occupiers are using the new Monday “Community
Discussion” space to host an Occupy Boston Open House. The purpose of the
event is to introduce and welcome newcomers to occupy, and to encourage
them to get involved in working groups and projects.
Occupy Boston Open House
6:00 – 8:30pm
St. Paul’s Church (138 Tremont St., Boston, MA)

In order for this event to be successful, a few things needs to happen:
1. We need representatives of each working group to attend and be
ambassadors for their working group and projects.
2. We need each working group to reach out and invite their friends,
volunteers, and everyone who they think support occupy but don’t really
know how they can get involved.
3. We need current occupiers to make a concerted effort to meet new
people and make them feel welcome.
The first hour (6-7pm) will be a time for mingling. Please don’t spend this
time talking to people you already know. Step outside of your comfort and
start building relationships with people you don’t know! Get their numbers.
Invite them to get coffee. Invite them to your next WG meeting, ect.
The second part (7-830pm) will be time for brief presentations from each WG
and breakout groups where people can come and find out more about what your
group is working on.
Spread the word! See you there.
