Hey all,

Noah attempted to send the email below to this list this morning but it
bounced for some reason so I am resending it.

Hey everybody,

OccupyMBTA and Occupy Boston Multimedia WG are teaming up to put together a
60 or 90 sec professional quality video spot to promote A4, and we need
your help!

The concept is to have shots of transit systems, iconic skylines and people
- t-riders, workers, advocates, and occupiers - reading the mic-check that
we have been working on. The draft can be found here:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rx4vWWczHBqPnO0qZOsdKp47g9fOVT2zH8OiH99AhW4/edit

This is still a draft but we should finalize the script and phrasing by
tomorrow morning. We were thinking that in the interest of time we won't
actually do a proper call and response mic-check, but we do want to keep
the phrases distinct and the speed consistent.

BOSTON PEOPLE: WE WILL BE SHOOTING TOMORROW. (Meet at Park st. green line
outbound platform at 11 wearing OB/OccupyMBTA stuff. Please be on time)

>From other cities we need DSLR 1080p footage. Do you know anyone who uses
one of these? Media WG perhaps? Public access TV? Please contact them and
ask for help ASAP.

We'll send out some screen shots of what we get tomorrow as well as a more
detailed shot list, but here are a few shots you could start planning and
shooting now:

1) General Assemblies or large groups Mic-Checking the text.

2) Transit systems (trains pulling into stations, people waiting on
platforms, or inside trains or buses) with ambient train/bus sounds. It
would be best if you can get the city skyline in the background.

3) Footage of individuals or small groups reading the mic check. Occupiers,
Transit Workers, and passengers are some potential subjects.

I'll keep everyone in the loop as the concept develops and we make
progress. Have a look at the mic-check and let me know what you think. Feel
free to call with any questions.
